Given that prototype testing necessitates the printing of six identical parts each, the total time required to produce the model using the 3D printer is thirty hours, or five hours per part.

Considering additional variables such as the duration required to prepare the printer for subsequent prints and the post-processing of the components, it becomes exceedingly challenging to achieve a rapid turnaround time with a single 3D printer.

At Ashelnia 3D Printing, we operate four industrial 3D printers that are exceptionally capable and consistently produce excellent results. By ensuring uniformity among these printers, comparable objects generated by distinct machines are virtually identical.

By allocating the workload across these printers, we guarantee the timely printing and delivery of your components.

Our construction materials are typically 250mm x 250mm x 300mm in height. Our 3D printers utilise technology based on soluble supports. This enables batch printing of models by utilising the aforementioned features.

By allowing for the vertical stacking and printing of both identical and nonidentical components, we significantly improve our operational efficiency and significantly enhance the punctuality of your parts.

Only overhangs and down-facing surfaces necessitate the addition of soluble support to the print, similar to a scaffold.
